I produced digital content for North Lake Tahoe Tourism in July 2018 and May 2016 (and for Tahoe South Tourism in May 2016), focusing primarily on landscape photography. The image below of the sunset glow at Sand Harbor is probably one of my all time favorites, and it's worth noting that the lake's water levels are significantly higher these days. It may be many more years before it will be possible to see these rocks like this again.
